These Terms govern use of Independence.ie. The website is currently a pre-launch information and expression-of-interest service for a developing residential concept in Ireland.
1. Informational website
Material on this site is provided for general information about the developing Independence.ie concept. Plans, illustrations, locations, specifications, services, timescales, prices, ownership structures and availability may change as the project develops and should not be treated as final unless confirmed in formal contractual documentation.
2. Expressions of interest
The expression-of-interest form allows you to tell us that you would like further information or may be interested in buying, renting or otherwise learning about the project. We may use that information to respond and assess demand. An expression of interest does not oblige you or Independence.ie to proceed with any transaction.
3. No professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, medical, planning, property-investment or other professional advice. You should obtain appropriate independent advice before making decisions based on any future property or service offering.
4. Your use of the site
You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious code, use automated systems to overload or scrape the service in a harmful manner, impersonate another person, or use the contact form for unsolicited commercial solicitation or spam.
5. Information you submit
You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, branding, text, graphics, imagery and other original materials on Independence.ie are protected by intellectual-property rights. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce, publish, distribute or commercially exploit site content without permission.
7. Third-party services and links
The site may rely on or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy or content of third-party websites or services, and their own terms and privacy notices may apply.
8. Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep the site useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every item of pre-launch information will remain current. We may suspend, change or withdraw site content without notice where reasonably necessary.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Independence.ie is not liable for losses arising solely from reliance on preliminary website information, temporary unavailability of the site or misuse of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The Irish courts will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms as the project develops. The effective date above will be changed when a revised version is published.
12. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@independence.ie.
